Closing the Labor Gap with Hands-On Marine Workforce Development
To build upon our long history supporting the U.S. Navy waterfront, Life Cycle Engineering developed the Shipboard Equipment Assessment Coach (SEA Coach®) Program. Our SEA Coaches are SMEs with extensive experience in ship equipment operation and maintenance that help USN crews assess their shipboard equipment and provide technical support for fleet equipment discrepancies.
SEA Coach®
To build upon our long history supporting the U.S. Navy waterfront, LCE developed the Shipboard Equipment Assessment Coach (SEA Coach®) Program. Our SEA Coaches are SMEs with extensive experience in ship equipment operation and maintenance that help USN crews assess their shipboard equipment and provide technical support for fleet equipment discrepancies. We also provide troubleshooting, fault isolation, root cause analysis, logistical support, system restoration and maximum deck plate training to Ship’s Force personnel including distance support and over-the-shoulder training to improve self-sufficiency of individuals and crews.
