Caleb champions the employee experience at LCE, ensuring we find great people with the right expertise and helping them grow rewarding careers. This includes overseeing all the related employee processes through the lifecycle of their time with LCE. A day in the life for Caleb also includes overseeing the ethics and compliance program.
Caleb holds a Bachelors in Psychology from West Virginia University and joined LCE in 2009 after working in the technical recruiting and staffing industry. The caring company culture immediately connected with him along the other core values of humility, above & beyond, and fun. Outside of LCE, he enjoys spending his time outdoors with his wife and three kids. They are usually camping or by the water if not involved with the kids’ many extracurricular activities!
