Our History/Background
Jim Fei and George Thornley founded Life Cycle Engineering in 1976 after their time with the U.S. Navy’s nuclear submarine fleet. Their pioneering work laid the foundation for LCE’s mission of enhancing performance and reliability for military and commercial clients. With an early focus on naval engineering, we expanded into global industries – all the while guided by the core principle of “doing the right thing the right way.”
This commitment has shaped our partnerships and positioned us as trusted advisors in delivering innovative solutions tailored to our clients’ needs.
